久しぶりに「ALL　THINGS MUST PASS」に針を落としました。
久しぶりと言ってもスコセッシの映画を観た後に聴いてるので6年ぶりですね。



相変わらずリフの多用でバカっぽい曲が多いですが、これはマントラを意識しているらしいのでしょうがない。勝手にやってくれ。
そんな中、今回一際良いと思えたのが「Art Of Dying」･･･

アコギ系の多い曲の中、デレク＆ザ・ドミノスを従えてロック歌謡的です。
最近ゴールデンカップス付いているのでそんな影響もあるかな。

曲の内容はジョージ君の輪廻転生ってところでしょうか。1967年ころから作り始めて温めていた曲ですからインドかぶれ真っ最中の作ですね。
ビートルズ解散後の自分の事と捉えるのも面白いかもです。
